HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
Ordering online is simple and fast with Spyglass Gifts. As you're browsing through the products, when you see something you like, simply click how many you would like in the Quanity Box then click Add To Cart. Once you have clicked this button you will be redirected to your shopping cart. The shopping cart page will show everything you've ordered. If you'd like to continue browsing the online site then just click the box that says Continue Shopping. Once you have added all the items you'd like to your shopping cart, click the payment option that is best suited for you in the Ways To Order section on the shopping cart page or just click Checkout which will allow you to pay by credit card.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT USING MY CREDIT CARD?
There are other payment options when you go to the shopping cart page. Select the opton most suitable to you in the Ways To Order section. If you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department.
WHAT OTHER WAYS CAN I PLACE AN ORDER
You can place your order by phone. We have friendly customer service representatives waiting to help you with your order. All you have to do is call us at (831) 462-1767. We can answer any questions you have, and make sure that your order is processed and delivered to you with the greatest care and quality.
WILL MY ORDER LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE?
Many of the items will say this is the item that will be shipped, in that case you will receive that particular item. In other products that don't say this the product will be reasonably similiar to the picture shown. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with any product that you receive, you can return it for either a full refund, or exchange for a new item of equal value.
WHAT GURANTEE DO I HAVE THAT I WILL BE HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
We want to do all that we can to see you as a customer again. Even more than this, we want you to be so happy with your purchase that you will tell others about us. All items are double checked before they are shipped to you to be certain that you are only getting the highest quality product. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all you can return it for a full refund including the cost of the return shipping. All returns must be returned within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?
Spyglass Gifts will ship out your order usually on the day of the order or the next business day via USPS Priority Mail which normally takes between 3 to 4 days to arrive. If your order weighs 13 ounces or less it will be shipped out via first class mail which takes between 4 to 7 days to arrive. If your order is 15 lbs or larger or must be shipped in an over-sized box it will be shipped via Fed-Ex which takes approximately 7-10 days to arrive.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Whenever you are needing to change or cancel an order, please call our office at (831) 462-1767 or E-Mail us at spyglassgifts@aol.com and inform our representative what you would like to change, or if you would like to cancel the order. They will look up your order and process the changes for you. Make sure you inform us before 1PM PST on the day that you placed your order to make any changes or to cancel; because after that time your package may have already been picked up.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No there is no minimum order and no charge for shipping.
